Together with Cassie Lee, we teach joyful, intelligent and whole-hearted vinyasa, slow flow, restorative, yin, prāṇāyama (breathing practices) and meditation classes.
Our classes are known for creativity, fun, challenge, and a quiet, steady depth grounded in tradition.
